前几天一个师兄写的几篇日志，举了几个熟知的牛人的例子，计算他们花在自己学习，兴趣，或者事业上的时间。结论是只要肯花一万的小时专研一个东西，日积月累就可以成为这个领域的专家。
如果每天对工作投入10小时，那么要1000天，近三年，要是花15个小时就可以缩短到2年了。这个想法让我特别有动力。就像打游戏积分或者升级一样，有了这个可计量的东西，就仿佛能看到远处的某个非常向往的地方，自己每走一步，就接接近一点。
